1. General
The company operates in a multi-currency environment and issues its invoices in accordance with the currency relevant to each transaction (primarily USD, EUR, and ILS, though additional currencies may be used as required).
2. Payment Currency
As a general rule, customers are required to settle payments in the currency specified on the issued invoice.
3. Payment in an Alternative Currency (Conversion to ILS)
In cases where a customer wishes to make payment in Israeli Shekels (ILS) for an invoice issued in a foreign currency, the invoice amount will be converted into ILS based on the company’s “Shipping Rate.”
4. Exchange Rate Calculation Method
The company’s “Shipping Rate” is determined based on the official exchange rate of the relevant currency (as published by the Bank of Israel and known at the date of invoice issuance), plus a 3% conversion and handling fee.
5. Foreign Currency Transfer Fees
All bank charges related to foreign currency transfers shall be borne by the customer, ensuring that the full invoiced amount is received in the company’s bank account.
